Unity Connector extends the call control functionality available in Unity Client to bespoke customer database applications. As middleware, the Unity Connector is invisible to the end user, presenting BroadWorks API control to the third party database application. This provides the user click-to-dial and will present the inbound CLI to the database application when a call is received.

Unity Connector supports COM and C# so can be used in applications built on programming languages including C++, Visual Basic, C# and VB.NET.
