At Kakapo Systems, we are software solutions providers developing applications that enhance call and contact center offerings for the Cisco© BroadSoft© platform. We have been developing and innovating our own UC and call center apps, undertaking custom development, since 2006.
Kakapo Systems develops flagship Unity applications for BroadSoft. These are modular software applications, all able to work collectively with full omnichannel capability in the consolidated Unity Contact Center product. Our individual application modules include Agent, Supervisor and Dashboard interfaces for the BroadSoft ACD solution. Alongside this we have Desktop, Reception and Unity Mobile to supplement the BroadSoft Hosted PBX offering.
Additionally, we are committed researchers and developers of solutions to common problems within the telecommunications industry. Our Keep My Place in Queue (KMPIQ) product provides a solution to abandoned calls through intuitive virtual queueing that is the first of its kind within the BroadSoft architecture.
Our latest product is Vision360 which is a powerful analytics platform, offering real-time and historical data covering the entire scope of a Cisco© BroadSoft© call center.
