Integrate Your Outlook with Unity
Email is still one of the worlds most preferred ways of communication externally and internally. Unlock the power of Unity and Outlook through integration enabling users to view the calendar events of colleagues, email another colleague with just a few clicks, access outlook contacts with ease and use a shared calendar enabling users to visualise their colleagues’ schedules for up to 7 days.
Additionally, Unity Reception users can connect directly with an Outlook, Exchange or Office365 platform to view and access their contacts, display appointments/meetings (referred to as “Calendar events”) and send a callback request to any user within the Group or Enterprise.

Calendar Events in Status Column
Stay up to date with the schedules of your teams and associates. View the current calendar events and meetings of colleagues in the status bar for up to 7 days.
Calendar Integration
Gain a detailed overview of users daily schedules. Busy-lamp-field displays the Outlook Calendar events for today and tomorrow for the selected user.
Contact Search
Eliminate process-hopping and manage contacts with ease. Users can import all their contacts and use the dynamic search to access them in Unity.
