Support for XSI on BroadWorks R22

xsi broadsoft

From R22 onwards BroadSoft are no longer supporting Client Access Protocol [CAP], which Unity uses to connect to the BroadWorks platform. All Unity apps will now connect to the Xtended Services Interface [XSI] using CTI from Unity release 6.9.0.0. Users will auto-update to this build before Service Providers migrate to R22 for a smooth transition. For users that have disabled auto-update in Windows a new install will be required. Providers are able to see which release all their users are on to identify those that will have a problem when R22 is deployed.

All the existing functionality in the Windows Unity apps will be available after the change to CTI in R22+
