Browser Click To Dial

Unity supports click-to-dial from Chrome, Edge and Firefox using an extension that is automatically installed as part of the Unity application install. Any number will now be hyperlinked for one touch dialling

Exclude Domains – Allows the user to disable the click to dial on certain web pages

Phone Number Length – Allows character lengths to be specified so that only genuine phone numbers are highlighted

Automated Setup – There is no requirement for users to manually install the browser extension. If they have declined the prompt during install, they can launch a click-to-dial utility from within Unity settings to reconfigure their browser click-to-dial

Clipboard Dialer

Any number that the user copies, from any application, will open a click-to-dial dialogue box above the notification area. Clicking the box will open a new outbound call to that number. This provides great flexibility for ad-hoc dialling requirements from within Word or Excel.
