On September 19th, 20th, 25th and 26th and also 3rd October, Kakapo Systems will have a booth in the Expo for RoutIT Vision. There we will be showcasing our Call & Contact Center software that is available as an add-on to the RoutIT BroadSoft platform.

This includes adding Web Chat and Call Back queues to the ACD solution. Our Unity apps provide deep integration to the capabilities of the RoutIT system, improving call handling and inbound customer service. All visitors to our stand will receive free Unity softweware eval licences
